Number of Players (Open Division, 2 grids): 250+

Number of Players (Senior Division, 1 grid): 50+

Exempt: 16 players (4 to finals, 12 to semis)

Elimination program – 8:00am – 6:00pm

Number of Players (Senior Division): 24

Elimination program – 8:00am – Noon

Pro-Am: 1:30pm – 6:00pm

Pro-Am Dinner: 7:00pm (on stage deck)

Semi-Finals (Main Stage): 7:00pm – 9:30pm

Number of Grids: 1

Number of Players – Open Division: 36

Number of Players – Senior Division: 16

Show starts at 8pm (running time: approx. 95 minutes).

Filmed for broadcast with a live, loud audience!

Exemptions:

The following players are exempt to final ‘Main Event’ field of 16:

The following players are exempt to Semi-final field of 36:

A limited number of players can secure exempt status for the THUNDERBALL! Main Event in Las Vegas August 18-21.

If you were:

  • An Open Division competitor from the World Long-Drive Championships over the past 5 years you can confirm your participation in THUNDERBALL! by filling out the contact us section with ‘exemption’ as the subject line. You will be emailed the link & password to our exempt status page once your status is confirmed.Exemptions will be granted in the order they are received (assuming $295.oo package deposit payment & exempt status are verified)
    Senior Division: We are unable to offer indoor qualifying for our senior division but we will host a separate, Senior Division Championship during the THUNDERBALL! Main Event weekend.

    A limited number of players can secure exempt status for the Senior Division of the THUNDERBALL! Main Event in Las Vegas August 18-21.

    If you were:

  • A Senior Division competitor at one of the World Long-Drive Championships of the past 5 years you can confirm your participation in THUNDERBALL! by filling out the contact us section with ‘exemption’ as the subject line. You will be emailed the link & password to our exempt status page once your status is confirmed.Exemptions will be granted in the order they are received (assuming $295.oo package deposit payment & exempt status are verified)
    All THUNDERBALL! Main Event qualifiers & exempt players MUST purchase the inbound travel package in order to be eligible to compete. This package includes:

    4 Nights hotel stay at South Point Hotel & Casino – Host hotel of THUNDERBALL!

    2 Tickets for THUNDERBALL! Main Event
